Food-related content has been in constant demand for many years, not only in print, but also taking the lead as the most shared content on social media. Although globally, Turkish cuisine seems to be just a fraction of this trend, for us at The Guide Istanbul it is a subject we’ve been presenting to our readers for decades and tackling from different angles. The truth is – no matter how much space we dedicate to it, it never seems to be enough. Therefore, encouraged by the success of the debut Food Issue 2018, we decided to turn it into a periodic project delivered to you annually during the summer months.
