About the magazine
Launched as the city’s first English language lifestyle publication, The Guide Istanbul magazine has been keeping a finger on the pulse of Istanbul happenings and delivering detailed information about local culture since 1991. In more than a quarter of a century, The Guide Istanbul magazine has successfully expressed, and continues to divulge its innate curiosity and love for the city through content that covers the historic, culinary, artistic, consumerist, and cultural.
As a publisher, we base our product on principles of unwavering honesty and an insistence upon quality. Our goal is to provide our readers with an enhanced city experience that will offer them a wide variety of simple, yet dynamic choices about what to do in the city. We aim to make life easier for travelers, as well as locals, by providing information on select venues and events.
Distribution and circulation
With a print run of 10,000 copies per issue, The Guide Istanbul magazine is published six times a year.
