Freshly prepared meze that change on a regular basis are on display at the 'open kitchen' (hence the name) on the left as soon as you walk into this cozy and casual space in one of the side streets of Galata. Make yourself cozy at one of the tables inside (or out) and have a mixed meze plate that gives you a bit of everything (or something from the chalkboard menu) and converse with whoever is seated closest to you. Open for dinner only and calling in advance to make reservations is recommended because there is high demand for the few tables available.
