Park Şamdan’s location in the Niştantaşı neighborhood has been an icon of quality since it’s opening in 1981. Now with a view of the Golden Horn from the top of the Rixos Pera Hotel, this branch offers an indoor and outdoor restaurant area and a bar where the same sleek leather bar stools are contained in a wrap around terrace. For those on a culinary journey, the two degustation menus, one focusing on fish and the other on meat, is a good introduction to the Turkish kitchen with 8-9 different small dishes for trial along with wine pairing.
