Waffy specializes in the Dutch breakfast delicacy called the "Stroopwafel," which is made up of two thin waffles with a caramel-like filling in the center. The sweet circular concoction, which came about in the 18th Century, has now made its way all the way from the Netherlands to Istanbul where it is made to order for the random craving or as a catering service at events.
