Gourmet Brunch at Swiss Cafe
Café Swiss, located within Swissôtel The Bosphorus, presents their new Sunday brunch menu. Those who like to sleep late will take particular delight in the scheduling; from noon until 5:00pm you can enjoy the high quality, “Gourmet Brunch” as prepared by Executive Chef Philippe Bischoff. The menu consists of international fare and Turkish classics: sushi, maki, and Peking duck will be on offer, as well as risotto and Italian pastas, marinated fish, omelets, meze (Turkish-style tapas), salads with fresh Aegean greens, and fantastic desserts from Chef Mathias Gautron. Complementing the atmosphere, the café will host live music to entertain its guests, and luxury champagne will be available for a refreshing finish.
