Carrie Nahabedian, owner and Executive Chef of Chicago’s famous NAHA restaurant, will be a guest chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul in Sultanahmet from September 9 to 16. Chicago’s NAHA is known for blending American and Mediterranean flavors whilst utilizing seasonally-fresh ingredients. Last year, Nahabedian paid the Four Seasons a visit to prepare for this year’s unique menu that will feature ingredients from the Aegean region, in collaboration with the Season’s Executive Chef, Savaş Aydemir. Nahabedian, a Michelin-starred and internationally-recognized chef, will command the helm of the lunch and dinner menus during these two weeks, as well as lend her creative talents to the Hotel’s Sunday brunches. Special dishes will include apricot chicken with fire-roasted plums, corn soup, and oysters with champagne sorbet.
