Istanbul's fashion scene has received two more additions in the form of international designers Christian Louboutin and Zadig&Voltaire's new stores in Nişantaşı. 

Known for a style that mixes delicate fabrics with the rock and roll disposition of metallic leathers, Zadig&Voltaire is a brand that has found a way to bring a certain chic masculinity to the female form. Swedish born Creative Director Cecilia Bonstrom’s former model past may have an influence on the line of precise jackets, rocker style fur, purposefully slouchy t-shirts, and tight leather pants. Known for impossibly high heels that are also impossibly gorgeous, Christian Louboutin’s store opening in Nişantaşı unveiled the signature dark red sole to eager shoppers. With an interior that borrows from the beauties of Istanbul, including aesthetic details from Hagia Sophia, the shoe and bag collection is composed of black patent leather, red velvet, and stylish spikes, and perusal is definitely encouraged.
