Republika Academic Aparts: A Stylish Stay
The first of its kind in Turkey, Republika Academic Aparts is a housing project started by BLG Capital, a private real estate equity firm, that offers long and short term accommodation for university students, academics, and young professionals in rooms and suites that are markedly unique and modern. The two branches are located in Ortaköy and Büyükçekmece, and have a capacity of 268 and 237 rooms, respectively. These massive complexes feature interior design by Autoban, the same design firm behind Münferit, House Café, and House Hotel branches. The buildings include a wealth of faculties and services including a gym, swimming pool, market, lounge, terrace, private security, parking, and concierge services.
