Lobster at the Mövenpick Hotel

The Mövenpick Istanbul Hotel’s Azzur Restaurant will serve a variety of lobster-inspired dishes beginning in September every Wednesday and Thursday. Regarded as the finest of the crustaceans, lobster’s hard shell hides the most delectable meat and will be interpreted both in a traditional and modern way.

 

Creations to be savored include lobster bisque with Armagnac, lobster cocktail with a trio of melons and caviar, lobster salad with avocado, lobster pot-au-feu with vegetables and ravioli, grilled lobster with wild rice, lobster tower with shrimps, smoked salmon, oysters and a variety of sauces and much more.
