Charming Georges Hotel’s Le Fumoir has moved up to the terrace with summer’s arrival. Now, you can enjoy the delicious French home-cooking with an expansive view of the Bosphorus from the old city all the way to the tip of the Asian side.
The restaurant/bar also updated its menu for the warmer months ahead, with delicious dishes like artichoke leaves with mustard sauce, quiche lorraine, quiche salmon, steak tartar, grilled sea bream with mashed parsnip and fresh cowpeas, and moules marinieres. We highly suggest you indulge in pre or post dinner cocktails, such as Brambal (Gin, Chambord, fresh lime juice) or Apple Blossom Martini (Green apple Vodka, Vermouth, fresh apple juice and popping candy). Keep in mind that Le Fumoir is also suitable for an after-dinner dessert date. Who can resist their chocolate mousse, seriously?
Le Fumoir will accept reservations for 8:00pm or 10:00pm, and the venue will stay open until 2:00am on weekends, with soft lounge music playing in the background.
