New Menu at Safran Restaurant

Safran Restaurant housed in the Intercontinental Istanbul hotel has not only undergone aesthetic changes, including a newly-opened terrace with a stunning Bosphorus view, but also a new menu. Inspired by Ottoman cuisine, the new Safran dishes include such delectable items as Braised Lamb Soup, Wrapped Kebab, Lamb Casserole with Mastic, and Shoulder of Beef with Vegetables among many others. With live fasıl (Turkish classical music) also available, the experience promises to be pleasing to the eye, ear, and palate.
