Done up like a slick Manhattan lounge with a predilection for French extravagance, this drinking and dining spot is designed with you and your well-coiffed friends in mind. The investors also backed the now-closed Central, and there are some similarities. The international menu of all-day fine dining. The trendy crowd. The bold font. But whereas Central was bright and airy, Must is dark and sexy, lending itself to multiple drinks, late evenings and live music. Cocktails also have appropriate zazz. A signature Must comes as a bracing combo of tequila and lime, a margarita tamed in a highball glass. G-G is an herbally mixture of Botanist gin, Safari and ginger root, reminiscent of a gin fizz. Pair these with pizza or a plate of salmon gravlax and grab a seat on the terrace, a perch perfect for socializing and people watching. Keep an eye out for performances and DJs on the weekends.
